TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
In the event of cats arriving late or departing early, the full period for which the cat is booked will be charged.
Please note that in the event of unforeseeable delays in collecting your cat at the end of your booking, every effort will be made to accommodate her and extra days will be charged at the usual rate.
HEALTH
ALL Cats must be vaccinated against FELINE INFECTIOUS ENTERITIS
and UPPER RESPIRATORY TRACT INFECTIONS (cat flu)
Owners must produce an up to date vaccination certificate on arrival, which will be retained by us during your cat's stay, along with the cats vets details.
You will appreciate that no cat suffering from, or suspected to be suffering from, any infectious or contagious disease can be accepted.
Medication previously prescribed can be continued during your cat's stay.
We have a daily charge of £1 per cat for administering medication.
OWNERS ARE KINDLY REQUESTED TO PROVIDE, SPECIAL, DIET, or PRESCRIPTION FOOD.
